People who want fitness first — not years of martial arts tradition.
They don’t need stripes or belts. They want to sweat, get stronger, and learn simple, usable skills.
They’re not training to become kickboxers, karate black belts, or BJJ competitors — they just want a practical workout that makes sense.
It’s also for law enforcement and security agencies that want to maintain high standards in fitness, defensive tactics, and real-world readiness.
Our instructors are trained professionals with real backgrounds in martial arts, combat sports, military service, law enforcement, and advanced fitness.
A training system that combines body conditioning + practical fighting skills in one powerful workout.
This is not a franchise anyone can just open.
MNF Workout is a certified system with quality standards.
Instructor enrollment is open now.
Students can request classes today. (Ask your local gym or martial arts studio.)
MNF Workout is taught in martial arts academies, fitness centers, and training gyms.
To protect instructors:
Only one MNF location may operate within a 15-mile radius.
Because members crave a workout that’s new, practical, and results-based.
As this grows nationwide — the instructors who get certified early will be the ones leading the market.
Becoming an instructor connects you with people who are looking for this type of class, gives them a new workout option, and allows you to help others grow.
The MNF Workout is a dynamic group training program that blends the intensity of fitness conditioning with practical, real-world self-defense.
At its core, MNF uses three powerful training stations:
With simple guidelines and a rotating format, every participant gets a complete, high-energy workout that is both functional and empowering.
MNF isn’t just another workout—it’s the ultimate combination of martial arts and fitness.
No. The MNF Workout techniques are simple and can be easily learned through the instructor training program. This system is designed for anyone with a background in fitness, personal training, or group instruction—not just martial artists.
You can choose to focus on teaching and practicing the fundamental techniques, or explore the full curriculum, which offers a variety of practical, self-defense movements.
Yes and no.
In Level One, participants strike a BOB or heavy bag and use a ground dummy, so you’re welcome to use techniques you’re comfortable with.
In Levels Two and Three, which involve live partners, we ask that you train safely and respectfully. Remember, this isn’t an MMA match—it’s a workout. The goal is to deflect attacks and make quick, short strikes. In class, we may stay in the fight, but in real-life situations, the priority is to escape.
Instructors
are also encouraged to share additional martial arts or fitness skills. This can be a great way to show participants what your other classes offer—just keep in mind some people will prefer to experience the MNF Workout exactly as it is.
No. Sparring rounds with live partners or bag work typically last about one minute each. Each workout is fast paced with very little downtime, keeping everyone active and engaged.
I teach defensive tactics while traveling across the U.S. The MNF Workout was designed so anyone can train safely and effectively. I continue to travel and certify instructors to keep the program consistent and high-quality.
Our beginner group class is perfect for those just starting out! We use punching bags and ground punching dummies, making it a great way to learn the basics without the pressure of sparring with live coaches. This class is ideal for anyone who wants to get comfortable with the workout and build confidence at their own pace.
Once you’ve built confidence in the basics, our intermediate class introduces live sparring partners to give you a more dynamic workout and help you discover what works best for you. Sparring lets you experience real resistance, which is essential for effective self-defense—training with compliant partners can create false expectations. Don’t worry, this isn’t a martial arts competition. Our coaches follow specific safety instructions to ensure you get a challenging, effective workout while staying safe.
A complete combat class includes training with knives and guns. In our advanced class, we incorporate training weapons during live sparring to help you understand the realities of armed combat. As always, our coaches follow strict safety protocols to ensure you get a challenging and effective workout while staying safe.
