With 17 years in law enforcement and corrections, he saw firsthand the need for practical self-defense. Driven to find the most effective way to protect and empower others, he traveled across the U.S., learning, refining, and ultimately creating the MNF workout.

Over the years, I’ve explored countless training methods: teaching traditional martial arts, designing workout stations, and trained with military combative instructors, law enforcement defensive tactics experts, and professional fighters.
